On October 5, 2021, Origent Data Sciences, Inc. was awarded by the USPTO patent number 11,139,051, titled Systems and Methods for Designing Clinical Trials. This methods and systems patent protects Origent’s Detectable Effect Cluster (DEC) analysis, which is a novel approach to rescue drug programs which failed to demonstrate efficacy in their latest clinical trial.
